   sessions and drop in sessions where you can learn new skills and socialise with

   Antenatal Drop In for Young Mums
   A weekly antenatal drop in for mums to be under 20. With Sophie Gunby,
   Teenage Pregnancy Midwife and Rowena Harvey, Teenage Parent Health
   Visitor.

   Careers Guidance
   Free help and advice on learning and work, how to update your skills and
   interview techniques. Make an appointment through PWC or contact Jo Gilbey

   Citizen's Advice Bureau Debt Advice Drop In
   A free, independent, impartial and confidential service provided by a money adviser
   from the CAB. 
   Please note: this session is covered by a male CAB worker

   Family Days
   A chance for Mums, Dads and their children to take part in various activities.
   Alternate Saturdays 12.00-2.00

   Free Solicitors Surgery
   A monthly advice surgery with a solicitor from Hegartys offering free advice on
   issues relating the family law.
   Every third Wednesday of the month 1.00-3.00

   Job Search @ PWC
   Free weekly drop in session with support available to help you register with job
   sites and search and apply for vacancies online.
   Thursday 10.00-11.30 starting 24th May

   Open Access
   Come in and use computers and the Internet for free with 1-1 assistance
   available if required. No need to book, just drop in.
   Monday 10.00-12.00 & 1.00-3.00 and Wednesday 1.00-3.00

   Postnatal Support Group for Young Mums
   A weekly postnatal support group for mums under 20 and their babies.
   With Sophie Gunby, Teenage Pregnancy Midwife and Rowena Harvey,
   Teenage Parent Health Visitor.
   Thursday 11.00-12.30

    Welfare, Benefits and Debt Advice Drop In
   A free monthly drop in session by a Welfare Benefits Adviser from the
   Gladstone District Community Association (GLADCA).
   Every second Tuesday of the month 1.30-2.30

   Young Mums Group
   A weekly drop in for young mums and their children and mums to be.
   Various activities including healthy eating, nail art, messy play, digital
   photography and t-shirt printing. For more information please contact
   Claudia Butler, Young Mums Project Co-ordinator at the centre.
   Thursday 12.30-2.30  

   In addition to the services above, Peterborough Women's Centre offers
   a confidential 'listening ear' to any woman needing support or
