   Peterborough Women's Centre is an organisation run by women, for women. We aim
   to provide resources and access to women's services. We raise awareness of women's
   issues, women's rights, women's educational and personal development.
    
   Peterborough Women's Centre promotes interagency links with statutory and voluntary
   agencies. We offer a confidential 'listening ear', a range of women's services and advice,
   and ongoing support for women who want to gain new skills or make positive changes 
   in their lives.

   We offer a progression to mainstream services, by working closely with Peterborough
   College of Adult Education to provide a range of courses in a supportive, confidence
   building and friendly environment.

   Meeting Rooms for Hire
   We have rooms available for hire for meetings and conferences. Maximum 25 people
   capacity. Refreshments are available or full catering can be supplied. Please contact
   Marie Flanagan Centre Manager on 01733 311564/311568 to discuss your requirements
   and to obtain the current hire rates.

   Opportunities for Volunteering
   Our volunteers are vital to the smooth running of the Centre. Can you help with reception
   work, creche support, "Drop-ins", computing, writing, publicity or fundraising? We offer
   training, on-going support and pay expenses. Why not get in touch with us for more

   Costs and Donations
   Peterborough Women's Centre is a registered charity and operates by grants and the
   goodwill of sponsors or individual donations. If you would like to make a donation then
   please contact Marie Flanagan, Centre Manager.

   Facilities
   The centre is able to offer facilities such as printing, colour photocopying, laminating
   and thermal binding for a small charge. We also offer tea and coffee making facilities
   and request small donations for these. Our charges and suggested donations are as
   follows:
